I was very pleased with the SGM sales team and installation team. I was quite surprised though, when one of five panels clearly had a factory flaw. Not sure how with today’s technology and quality… Read more I was very pleased with the SGM sales team and installation team. I was quite surprised though, when one of five panels clearly had a factory flaw. Not sure how with today’s technology and quality controls that that such an obvious flaw could leave the factory floor and not be picked up prior to shipping. The installation team quickly noted the flaw and addressed the item.
