After looking back on the calendar, caller id and work orders from January 2025, I can confirm that we did come out to your residence on January 22, 2025. When we arrived we discovered that your cables were off the drums. We reinstalled the lifting cables on your garage door and the door was working as it should by the time the guys left. That same day, January 22, 2025 I sent you a quote for three different styles of garage doors and had a response back from you stating you were going to use pieces of plywood for your door. If we had known you were still having issues with your door, we would of came out to take a look for you. You were looking after an install for your father. We did use e-mail and I have and at least 5 emails back and forth that we were arranging installation as well I have several e-mails with your father as well. I do not see any current requests since 2020, there is nothing on the calendar to show that you have called and have checked caller ID.. We tried to call you at the numbers from 5 years ago and I have also sent you an e-mail.
