Called about fixing my garage door they called said can't be fixed and couldn't close the door my words was you were able to open it then you better close it asked about price for new… Read more Called about fixing my garage door they called said can't be fixed and couldn't close the door my words was you were able to open it then you better close it asked about price for new door the quote was 3 times as much then at home depot plus installation I called a few other installers from halifax one came out and fixed my door it just needed a few adjustments for same price they charged me and did nothing

Hi Lexter, I am very sorry to hear that you have found our service to be poor. After looking back on the calendar, caller id and work orders from January 2025, I can confirm that we did come out to your residence on January 22, 2025. When we arrived we discovered that your cables were off the drums. We reinstalled the lifting cables on your garage door and the door was working as it should by the time the guys left. That same day, January 22, 2025 I sent you a quote for three different styles of garage doors and had a response back from you stating you were going to use pieces of plywood for your door. If we had known you were still having issues with your door, we would of came out to take a look for you. Hi Timothy, Thank you so much for your review. I had to look way back to see when we may have worked for you and it took me all the way back to March of 2020. You were looking after an install for your father. We did use e-mail and I have and at least 5 emails back and forth that we were arranging installation as well I have several e-mails with your father as well. I do not see any current requests since 2020, there is nothing on the calendar to show that you have called and have checked caller ID.. We tried to call you at the numbers from 5 years ago and I have also sent you an e-mail. The installation team arrived on time and did the job thoroughly and cleaned up after themselves. The installers had a bit more work than anticipated on site, but they were happy to do it and do it right! We are thrilled with our doors, and the whole team. Great experience!
