After the installation the mess was cleaned up by the installer and all packaging was removed by the installer.
The installer took the time to instruct the homeowner on operation of the remotes & switches, manualy over ride and maintenance procedures.

When we first phoned Shawn for help, our garage door was stuck so hard a gorilla couldn't have budged it. Thanks to Shawn and Paula, it's now set up properly and working smoothly – better than it ever was before.

We were pleased with their knowledge, skills and upbeat attitude throughout the entire process:
• Assessment: careful and detailed, with a full explanation of what needed to be done and why (and a few suggestions for saving us money, too)
• Installation, repair and service: prompt arrival, attentive and skilled work, serviced both old and new parts, stayed on the job until every detail was right
• Education: walked us through the operation of all parts of the system, went over the maintenance programme, and what to do if something goes wrong
• Documents: gave us a manual, discussed the warranty, itemized the invoice, and invited questions
• Parting words: gave us their phone number and said, "if you ever have any problems or questions, just call!"
("Uh, Shawn, could you tell me again which of those thingies we're supposed to spray with that white stuff?")
