Everyone from the office staff, to the sales rep to the install exceeded my expectations. I felt in very capable hands and they made certain I knew what I was getting as I had to match an existing door. They even arranged to have me contact a local paint business to do a color match and they facilitated transport. It's a great color match and I love my door, quiet to run and looks good too.
